Stage #2+#3: The construction of 18 luxury villas of turnkey project.
The project scope includes the villas with its different types, landscape and external works including but not limited to retaining boundary walls, complete infrastructure works such as sewage, potable water, central gas, electricity and telecom, street lighting networks. The finishing of all internal roads works to include sidewalks, asphalting, road marking and singe.
