The Construction and Finishing of the Business Commercial Complex (Turnkey) consist of three separate buildings. Each building consist of a floor for commercial stores, two floors for studios in buildings BC2 and BC3, and a floor for commercial stores, three floors for studios in building BC1, in addition to all related external works such as ( gardens, parking lots, landscaping, and complete infrastructure). Widening and rehabilitation of the main street along the 1.2 Km including the construction of sidewalks, road markings and signs.
Excavation and leveling all internal roads with approximate length of 1260 m for the development.
The construction of boulder stone retaining walls at the eastern property line of the project with an area of approximate 1000 m² Structural Excavations for the Business Commercial Complex with approximate quantity of 12000m3 including Rock excavation and disposal of all excavated materials off site to prepare for Center construction
