The construction of Luxatury villas of, turnkey project The project scope includes the villas with its different types, landscape and external works including but not limited to retaining boundary walls, complete infrastructure works such as sewage, potable water, central gas, electricity and telecom, street lighting networks. The finishing of all internal roads works to include sidewalks, asphalting, road marking and singe.
The total built-up area of the project is around 20,000.00m² and 12500m² of internal roads. Under panning and to be added to the scope of the project are 3 retail building located on the main road to service the project in particular and the area in general.
