This road consists of upgrading 2.4 Km of Tulkarm road. The road is 4-2 lanes , main road located in Tulkarm city starts at Irtah crossing Terminal (sha’ar Ephraim Terminal) and ends at Tulkarm Khadouri Agriculture High school. The SOW consists of excavation works , embankment filling , pavement layers construction , installation and/or rehabilitation of storm water drainage system , installation of safety features ( signage , road marking , cat eyes , and guard rails ) and any other work items needed to complete this project as specification
